This tool sounds great. I'm convinced that it could be a very helpful tool to for those Disney employees who, like you, must travel a great deal. Furthermore, I think that the opportunity to share these stories within groups of employees who travel to the same regions could help improve overall effectiveness of cross-cultural work.
